CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE TRAINING
As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer a 76-hour, state-approved training program for Home Health Aides/Homemaker.
CHHA Training Requirements:
Please bring the original copies of the following documents to our office:
- Social Security card
- Green card or USA passport
- Birth certificate (if you are not U.S. born)
- Driver’s license or valid State ID
- Copy of your current CNA license (if you have one)
- A copy of your GED report or its equivalent
- Two recent colored passport photographs (2×2).
Esteem also provides CPR/BLS training for initial certification or recertification.
